The fictional provider schedule explicitly assigns USD 540 received plus USD 60 fee to EX201, and USD 360 received plus USD 40 fee to EX202. These allocations are supplied in allocations.csv. The tool does not assume that every provider distributes fees proportionally.

Import invoices.csv and receipts.csv together; include allocations.csv for the batch case. Apply explicit invoice references if offered. expected-results.csv is the expected invoice result after this action. No currency conversion is performed.
