INVOICES RECEIPTS NEXT ACTION

Find what your payout doesn’t explain.

Start safely with an example

All four examples below are fictional. Loading one replaces this workspace after confirmation. Imported records remain in memory until you leave; save a JSON backup to keep your work. Nothing is automatically submitted to a bank or stored in your browser.

Choose an example or import your own two CSVs.

1. Bring the two ledgers together

Use the exact column names shown in the CSV format guide. Invoices and receipts are required. Allocation rows are optional. Importing replaces the current records only after all selected files validate.

Limits: 200 invoices, 500 receipts, 1,000 allocations; 500 KB per CSV. Amounts: two decimals, no grouping commas. Three-letter currencies are kept separate. No automatic foreign-exchange conversion.

Keep or clear your workspace

A backup contains your imported records, allocations, profile and evidence statuses. The editable letter is downloaded separately. Store these files carefully; closing this page clears the in-memory workspace.

What this adds to EDF preparation

The difficult part is often explaining why an invoice and a bank credit differ. This workspace preserves each original value, records the allocation you choose and produces a line-by-line exception list. It can help you ask a specific question instead of sending the bank an unexplained total.

For a retained reserve, it distinguishes money that is accounted for from money actually received. For a batch payout, it makes the invoice breakdown visible. For a converted credit, it refuses to compare unlike currencies. Your downloadable schedule can travel with the supporting statement, while the original invoices remain unchanged.

What you still need to establish

Your exporter status, activity, contract, declaration route, accepted form and bank treatment require the relevant facts and authority. This is an independent preparation tool, not an RBI or bank service. Read our document-role guide and the consolidated RBI regulations. The arithmetic method is our own; regulatory statements should be checked against the primary source.
